Annual club membership fee of $249 includes the following:

· Check all lines

· Clean or replace air filters

· Empty Unit

· Check motor

· One clog repaired per year at no additional cost provided a service had taken place within six months

· Your preferred labor rate will be $40/half-hour for repairs during regular business hours

· You will receive a 20% discount on all parts or upgrades needed for your unit and 10% off of any replacement central vacuum if needed.

· The agreement does not cover any quotes or estimates for installations
